ABOUT US

The Sheboygan Walleye Club (SWC) was founded in April of 1997 by Trevor Schoerner, Alan Witt, George Gahagan. We are a teaching club, and we invite various different speakers to share their expertise with all of our club members. We have public monthly meetings and publish a monthly newsletter. We also have a yearly Christmas Party for all of our members and family. We get all of our funding from annual raffles, donations, and club tournaments. One of our popular tournaments is "Battle on the Bay", a public Walleye Tournament on Green Bay. But we also have Club outings each year which include an interclub contest where other walleye organizations are invited to fish with us for a day of fun and fellowship. We are an official qualifying organization of the Cabela's National Team Walleye Championship  Tournament (NTC) since 2001. We support fish stockers that stockfish into urban, public waters. We are also a donor to "Walleyes for Tomorrow" (WFT).
